Mixed Media Art Journal

Well, I finally started a Mixed Media Art Journal recently. I've been wanting to do this for quite a while but it has taken some time cause I've been gathering some material that I didn't have to create this project. But after hard work and patience I got some cool things, not the best though but art material that will help me create my art. I want to thank all the people that have help me and donate money to keep me going with my Art projects they know who they are.

Mixed media has been one of those things that I've always liked, when I was at Art school people was more concentrated on doing perfection while I was going wild and there is when I've realized that I love to worked with Mixed Media Art. Unfortunately I don't have any of the things I did in the past, long story but I'm here now to show you what I'm capable of with my mind and hands. Someone I knew a while back always told me why I don't get back to my Art, but I was to busy in the business world and got caught up with the day by day life. But that is all in the past, this is my new life, my new me and here I am to show you my creativity.

    OMG, I LOVE it. Absolutely love it. Love the abandon of it, if that makes sense. It just really shows the 'wild' and 'free' and I totally love that. Your doodling is awesome and all the colors. Ok, I'm gushing :-). Thanks soooo much for playing along with the E-TEAM on our first journaling adventure.

      Hi, thanks for your comments. The doodle is part of the original cover of the Journal all I did was a collage out of it, it was fun. If you have time watch the video on how I did this :)

    Love how you used the cover of the journal for your journal cover. Great use of resources and your added work is fabulous!

      I thought it would have been a waste if I just throw that cover away it has very nice colors and graphics so using it as a collage was fun to do. I'm glad you like the rest of my fun Art, thank you so much for visiting my blog :)

      I really enjoy doing this, I've been away of doing Art for many years but I thought of coming back and show to people what I really love doing. Jackson Digital Expressions

I don't know if some of my readers notice a new badge that says Jackson Digital Expressions ? Well let me explain, I have join this wonderful blog that has allot of great people with allot of talent. Now this is a little different from what I've done in my art and I wanted to join them to step out of my comfort zone and start doing new things. The way I have discover them was through a YouTuber named RJ and I seen his work is super fun and very creative. So I gave it a shot and apply for the Design Team, so will see how it goes. July Challenge - "Texture" by Tando Creative

So here is my Texture Challenge that Tando Creative has post it on their blog. This is a called the Mixed Media Portrait and is ver similiar to something I did a couple a months ago, but htis time I have included more elements and open my creativeness to the max.
