Hocus Pocus a nice combination of a potion to shine with Tim Holtz Spritz and Distress Mica Stain. Distress Oxide was also used in the mix to make a Halloween background for the project I'm currently working on. I've got to say that I'm loving those Spritz, they are so cool especially if you use Distress Oxide, the shine that it gives is out of this World.

Today is Sunday, but for some reason I feel a little tired. Regardless I've gone to my craft room and start looking into making a Halloween Assemblage. October is my favorite time of the year, I do enjoy Halloween very much and this year will not be different. Anyway, watching Tim Holtz Halloween Hooplas that I've missed last year, I've seen some many good things to do for the assemblage and many other things that I can do. So he was explaining how to make these tiny party hats and I thought they were super cute to make. So diggin into my Volt of Tim Holtz idea-ology stash I've found what I need it and started making this fun hats, they are easy to make not a big deal. For the Tiny Hats you just need glue, paper, pon pons, scissors and a template of a tiny hat that you can find by Googling Tiny Hats for Animals. That is what Tim explained and I found it, print the template and have fun. So this is the start of my Halloween Assemblage that I'm want to work on.

Here it is the surprise that Tim Holtz had for the World today on a live that he made. OMG we finally have them after so many years of people asking for Oxide Minis and Tim will always say on the lives, "well the formulation is not right for a ink pad that small" and that was the end of it lol. But I knew there is always a exception for the rules and Ranger Ink did not crushed are hopes.  I'm so happy for Tim and the whole Ranger Ink team that they have made a dream come true for many including me lol, so lets celebrate this wonderful day and looking forward to the oxide minis that I've just ordered with Simon Says Stamp woooohoooo so happy!!!!!

I was inspired by the last live that Tim Holtz and Simon Says Stamps did about collage with Tim's products, bringing Christmas in July a fun experience. I did like it alot the ideas were very simple and straight to the point, simple nothing complicated. But I did my own version of what he showed us on his live, the outcome FANTASTIC!  Lucky me I did have most of the items that they were using, so with all the elements and some other that I had in my stash my thought was a guy selling pine wood and trees.  Using all Tim Holtz ideology that have hoard for years it was very satisfying, I can finally put my hands on all these goodies that make magic to my eyes. Since I have more time now I can really focus on being creative and also create so that makes me very happy.

Ok, today I've dedicated some time to try Tim Holtz Distress Spritz. Compare to the Mica Sprays this seem more intense so they are fun for certain things if you want sparkly in your projects. Since I'm working on a Christmas Tag these sprays are fantastic. I'm also using for the first time believe it or not this beautiful red Lumberjack Plaid, that I've had for quite a while now and never had use it because lack of time, sad but true. Regardless now I have time and I'm using all my Distress Inks and having fun. Love it!!! 

I've finally got my hands on Tim Holtz Distress Spritz, so far I've got 3 colors that I thought it would go well for now. Those colors are the yellows they come 3 in a pack Spiced Marmalade, Rusty Hinge and Fossilized Amber beautiful colors from the Distress line. I'm pretty sure that I'll pick up more colors soon no doubt about it. I've also pick up the specific tin box storage that these bottles will be stored with the rest of the Distress collection. So happy to have found some of it at one of the big box stores, is getting very hard to find the cool Tim Holtz stuff in the stores now a days but I still can find some things.  I'm looking forward to use this sprays for my Halloween projects and Xmas projects as well. I couldn't make it for the live from Simon Says Stamp with their special guest, but I did watch the replay and is so magical to see Tim working already on the most beautiful season of the year. For this particular Live you were suppose to have bought a special kit from Simon Says Stamp for this specific video. But is ok if you want to watch and create your own. Very fun! 

Making tags is fun, specially if you are using Dina's paints, stamps and tags. You can be so creative and loose that anything you make is just simple and fun. I know I've been doing this for a long time, but please hear me out just grab some paint and play with them see what you can do and you will be amazed of how fun it is.

I've never post in the blog about Mr. Rabbit, I did a video making this project. Initially was suppose to be a card but I like it so much that I've revamped the whole thing and I think came out super cool. I love assemblage, usually I barely have time to do this kind of project but since I have more free time now I'm able to get away with the fun of playing around with all my Tim Holtz goodies, I love it!  Hope you like it because I do :)

Today Tim introduced the Eclectic Elements Palette in the blue color on a live video, this fabric is stunning there is so many things you can do with fabric. I've have a few small pieces of old Eclectic Elements but is so beautiful that I've never used them. Call me crazy, I know but this fabric is espectacular. This was the first time I've used Dina's acrylic paints, all I'm going to say is that these paints are the best acrylic paints I've ever used they are amazing. In the video I've explained how this paints performed and also the colors I've got. I've been doing Art Journaling since 13 years ago, the way you can express yourself with Art Journaling is very unique you can be very creative. Mixed Media is one of the things that I can do very well since I was very young, so when I've found out about Art Journaling it was the thing I was missing in my life. So of course when I've started looking at Dina's work and her Art Supplies I was hooked immediately, love the style and her Journals are super quality. I have to say that you don't need this things to do Art Journaling you can start with less inexpensive art supplies and create amazing things but Dina's paints and all her materials are not that expensive in today's market in my opinion.  ...

I've bought this kid because I fell in love with the theme of the kit, this is not the first time I buy something from Anna Griffin so I knew this kit was going to be awesome. In the video I will show you what the kid brings and how to use it. The cards are stunning!

Why I didn't thought about this before? Not to long ago Tim Holtz came out with a product that is from idea-ology which is vintage tape. I thought it was genius, but then he said that for a while now people has been doing their own vintage tape, so off I went and did some research and to my surprise this was easier than what I've thought.  I'm lucky though to have Ranger products that I own from Tim Holtz collection and alcohol inks are probably one of the things I've last acquire from Ranger Inks and they definitely don't dissapoint. All you need to make this wonderful idea is transparent adhesive tape, some sort of celofan to add the tape to it, a brownish alcohol ink color and some sort of blending tool. So they are easy said than done, I know for people that have alcohol inks this is a breeze but maybe if you are new to the product then you need to watch a video on how to use alcohol inks and then you venture.   Do you use alcohol inks for your projects? I couldn’t pass this year on making a 4th of July assemblage, inspired by all things vintage and Tim Holtz the inspiration kicked in and I feel better, our country is important it matters more than ever. Love, respect and strength is what we need to keep us together that is why we are the United States of America 🇺🇸 Did you make this year patriotic theme alterations or cards?

The joy never stops a day to honor and respect, stay strong and don't give up. This is a collection of Vintage Americana that I've made throughout the years with Tim Holtz products, it makes me very happy!!! 

There is no doubt that Tim Holtz and I have a child in our heart. I love Disney and so does Tim, since the early 70's I've been visiting these parks Disney, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM etc. All my child and teen life basically, how ever it's obvious I grew older and the visits to the park has been less but the love is still in my heart. I own many Mickey things and I love them all, every time I have the opportunity to get something Mickey I will lol... The story is that Spellbinders has come out with some cool crafting things for you to play with and Tim did his magic, showing us all how cool the dies are to make so many things with them. I do have some stamps and also some dies and I have done Mickey cards with Mickey as well but this particular ones that Spellbinders has are so cute. Hello there! I know I've been missing in action but a lot has happened last year and of course this year has been crazy. But the most important thing is that I'm well and happy that after 1 year without my studio I'm back on track getting my studio together, I have more space but things are all over the place. Can't wait to take everything out of boxes and placing things where they are suppose to be. In another note today was a fun day watching Tim Holtz loving what he likes the most, Mickey for the win!!!
