Christmas in July Assemblage {2025}

I was inspired by the last live that Tim Holtz and Simon Says Stamps did about collage with Tim's products, bringing Christmas in July a fun experience. I did like it alot the ideas were very simple and straight to the point, simple nothing complicated. But I did my own version of what he showed us on his live, the outcome FANTASTIC!

Lucky me I did have most of the items that they were using, so with all the elements and some other that I had in my stash my thought was a guy selling pine wood and trees. Using all Tim Holtz ideology that have hoard for years it was very satisfying, I can finally put my hands on all these goodies that make magic to my eyes. Since I have more time now I can really focus on being creative and also create so that makes me very happy.

Operation Write Home - Sketch Challenge #123

I've decide to join Operation Write Home and I did my first attempt on doing a nice card specially for this Holiday of Memorial Day 2012. If you don't know what Operation Write Home is I encourage you to visit their site an read what is all about. I think is a great cause and allot of people has been involved. Now for my first challenge with them I did select Challenge #123 , it came out pretty good I think and is a very elegant subtle look. the challenge was easy to accomplished and I'm very happy doing this for a nice cause. Compendium of Curiosities Volume 2 - Faux Patina

I've just joined the Studio L3 challenges that are techniques from Tim Holtz book Compendium of Curiosities Volume 2. This challenge is about the technique Faux Patina. I created a background following the description on page 58 from the book and try my best to create a Mixed Media environment.

Mixed Media Art Journal

Well, I finally started a Mixed Media Art Journal recently. I've been wanting to do this for quite a while but it has taken some time cause I've been gathering some material that I didn't have to create this project. But after hard work and patience I got some cool things, not the best though but art material that will help me create my art. I want to thank all the people that have help me and donate money to keep me going with my Art projects they know who they are. Mixed media has been one of those things that I've always liked, when I was at Art school people was more concentrated on doing perfection while I was going wild and there is when I've realized that I love to worked with Mixed Media Art.
