My First Vilda Stamps Design Team Package

Well after a long wait for this package over seas from Sverige, I've finally got my first Vilda Stamps Design Team package. WOW! Love the stamps, it was worth the wait big time, I have to thank Anita and Ulrika for follow ups on the package, I was very worried cause it took allot of time to get here.

Anyway, the stamps came with 1 sheet of EZ Mounting foam. I got allot of work to do to have them ready so I can start making my projects. The Stamps I've selected are very nice, love the steampunk, retro, vintage feel they have the Ladies from Vilda Stamps also added some other extra stamps that are Christmas theme and I have to say that they are beautiful, not only they have read my mind about wanting Christmas stamps cause I don't have any, but sent me beautiful ones and they also added 2 little ones a butterfly and an Anchor just prefect. They also added an Acrylic Block so that was a nice bonus as well.

I have lots of stamps now that I can play with by stamping them and coloring them in my next projects, I can't wait.

Operation Write Home - Sketch Challenge #123

I've decide to join Operation Write Home and I did my first attempt on doing a nice card specially for this Holiday of Memorial Day 2012. If you don't know what Operation Write Home is I encourage you to visit their site an read what is all about. I think is a great cause and allot of people has been involved. Now for my first challenge with them I did select Challenge #123 , it came out pretty good I think and is a very elegant subtle look. the challenge was easy to accomplished and I'm very happy doing this for a nice cause. Jackson Digital Expressions

I don't know if some of my readers notice a new badge that says Jackson Digital Expressions ? Well let me explain, I have join this wonderful blog that has allot of great people with allot of talent. Now this is a little different from what I've done in my art and I wanted to join them to step out of my comfort zone and start doing new things. The way I have discover them was through a YouTuber named RJ and I seen his work is super fun and very creative. So I gave it a shot and apply for the Design Team, so will see how it goes. So far I just did a beauttiful card for one of their fun challenge. So here is my entry or the July challenge. I did this cute card using my Tim Holtz Distress Markers...

July Challenge - "Texture" by Tando Creative

So here is my Texture Challenge that Tando Creative has post it on their blog. This is a called the Mixed Media Portrait and is ver similiar to something I did a couple a months ago, but htis time I have included more elements and open my creativeness to the max.
