First 2 TAGS of Tim Holtz 12 tags of 2012 - March

I don't have any of the Tim Holt's Dies and many other things cause I'm new to his products, but I made 2 beautiful tags that are Tim inspired. The one with the Butterflies is for Spring Inspiration the one with the Rabbit is Easter Inspiration. The butterflies I got them from his sticker collection and the rabbit I just kind of draw the exact silhouette of the bunny and cut it out of grunge paper that I got recently. Tim runs a project called the 12 Tags of 2012, apparently he does this every year and everyone that is his fan are making beautiful tags inspired by Tim. Is very fun!!!

More Mixed Media Tags Tim Holtz Inspiration

This a new set of four Mixed Media Tags I've created a few days ago. This are beautiful and they are so fun to do, the more tags I do the more I want to create. I love this style and Steampunk Art as well as Mixed Media are definitely something I die for just want to learn more and more about it, I find out that Tim Holtz just finished and online class, yesterday was the last day. It was a course for 2 weeks I didn't know, I wish I knew about it. I researched comments about people that went to this course and they say is worth every penny.  I will make my learning experience something better every day and opportunities are coming in, so I will take one day at a time and try to make my best on my Art work.

Lately I've been so inspired by a person called Tim Holtz, allot of people that does Scrapbook Art know who he is. If you don't know him well just check his website out and you will see why I love his Art and Techniques you can visit his blog at timholtz.typepad.com   I love Mixed Media Art and he is the King of when it comes to altered objects, paper, stamps and Inks with his product line. The book is from the amazing Christi Friesen, this will be my second book from her excellent source of learning how to make nice things with polymer clay.  The ones are you going to see in the video are amazing specially the Chameleon, when I finished the project I was so wow by it on how cute and fun this little creatures are. I also learn how to make this cute cards made out of Distress Ink from Tim Hultz another Artist that I immediately fell in love with his techniques cause he like Steampunk too, amazing stuff. So I hope you like my video :)

Brushes to Create Art

Painting brushes are one of the most important aspects in Art. I was lacking on brushes so I decided to better them by getting some new brushes for certain tasks. Recently I did a video where I was applying a very thick product and it didn't work out like it was suppose to do, so that made me think that I need it brushes that would accomplish what I wanted. This video is about my brushes and what I came up with.
