How To Use Home Made Alcohol Ink

A year ago made a video about Alcohol Ink Home Made Tutorial and successfully this is the number one video on My YouTube Channel with 11,171 to date while I'm writing this blog. I've never thought that my video will be so viewed by other people that is wanting to make their own ink to create Art. The reason I've made my own ink is because I wanted Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks so badly but they are very high on prize were I live, and every time I had the opportunity to get them I end up getting something else for some reason. But don't get me wrong I really want them badly still :( ...So I went ahead and made my own ink and it works, not as cool as Tim's but it works. So the video basically explained how to make your own ink an you can watch that video on the link I've provided at the beginning of this blog. So then, after watching the video and reading the comments, I've decided to make a second part explaing how to use them and with what paper etc. So

Wynwood Design District The Art Walk Miami

This past weekend someone invite me to go to Wynwood Design District The Art Walk in Miami, despite the years I have leave in this city I didn't know about this place, I knew about the Miami Beach Art Boulevard and other Art places. The place I've visited was just a small part of Wynwood, I did make some research and there are places with big wall graffiti and other Art images around the place but we couldn't get there cause it rain. It was very interesting, this place is located in La Calle 8,  famous for it's Cuban culture, there were people selling Art and lots of handmade Jewelry, I really had a good time visiting this place specially because it was involved with Art. Check out my video and you will see how fun this place is. Enjoy!

Gloria's 39th Year Old Birthday Card Challenge Giveaway

I've recently subscribe to this wonderful lady that makes Cricut Cards her name is Gloria, I found it very interesting cause is a different way of making cards with a marvolous machine that makes wonderful paper cuts.  I knew about the Cricut because of my friend Phillipian, she has one and everytime she gets a chance she will send me lots of paper cuts with diferent shapes and forms. I have done allot of cards and I really like it, however I don't know why for me this is a challenge. Every time I hit my Art desk to create a card is like I have no clue where to start until things start happening. That is why I participate in diferent blogs to learn how to make a beautiful card and subscribe to other channels that make Cricut cards. This is my attempt too create a beautiful card for Gloria, her Birthday is right at the corner. I hope you like it!

Altered Tim Holtz Tool Carousel

This has been the best project ever yet I've made with Tim Holtz products.  I really enjoy making this beautiful Too Carousel, will be on my desk cause is useful and comfortable. The Carousel reduced the amount of crazy stuff I had next to me in individual cups with pens, brushes etc.  The whole project took me about 3 days, the embellishments were collected for many months and I've hoard them badly but I new it was time to work in something that will be a beautiful work of art. I absolutely enjoy every minute of it and this will push me to make better projects in the future with the Mixed Media, Steampunk an vintage theme that I love. Thanks to all the  persons that contributed one way or the other providing some of the embellishments for this project, Brenda (Ravladd), Jenny, Martha (21Jazzey's) On YouTube and Ustream I love you girls! An of course Tim Holtz for being and inspiration to my work since the day I knew about him, you are truly ans inspiration and I c

Tim Holtz Bi-Fold Wallet and Key Chain

The Tim Holtz Bi-Fold Wallet and Key Chain idea came from making wallets out of Duct Tape, I've recently learned how do this and is lots of fun so I thought I put allot into my Tim World at work. The wallet was made out of Tim Holtz Paper Stash Destinations 8x8 the borders were cover by Tim Hotlz Tissue Tape and I've embellish with lots of Tim's goodies. The Key chain was a token I though it would go great with the wallet. Love it is very cool, hopefully Tim gets the memo and make wallets in his District Market line :)
