Tim Holtz STAMPtember {2022}

I was a fortunate person to have participated this year on Tim's Live STAMPtember of 2022. It was a very fun live and not to mention the beautiful stamp set that he has release for this fun event that we only get once a year. The stamps are beautiful, allot of possibilities and many ways to play and create with this set, it came also with a snow stencil which is a addition to the stamp set.

Tim's STAMPtember releases are only once a year and they will never come back they are limited edition, so you have to be alert when the times comes to be a lucky person to have one because they get sold out pretty quick. Last year was my first one, I didn't know about this cause I wasn't paying attention into what was going on on the crafting World. But Now I know, actually I've also got a halloween set from Simon Says Stamp will post in a future post.

I've made a live video on how I did a card with this beautiful set, so there is Part1 and Part 2 showing you also how I played with new Tim Holtz Watercolor pencils. It was very fun!

Where you lucky enough to get the release for 2022? Well if you didn't is ok, there is a lot of beautiful sets for this year so enjoy what you have and have fun!

Operation Write Home - Sketch Challenge #123

I've decide to join Operation Write Home and I did my first attempt on doing a nice card specially for this Holiday of Memorial Day 2012. If you don't know what Operation Write Home is I encourage you to visit their site an read what is all about. I think is a great cause and allot of people has been involved. Now for my first challenge with them I did select Challenge #123 , it came out pretty good I think and is a very elegant subtle look. the challenge was easy to accomplished and I'm very happy doing this for a nice cause. Compendium of Curiosities Volume 2 - Faux Patina

I've just joined the Studio L3 challenges that are techniques from Tim Holtz book Compendium of Curiosities Volume 2. This challenge is about the technique Faux Patina. I created a background following the description on page 58 from the book and try my best to create a Mixed Media environment.

Well, I finally started a Mixed Media Art Journal recently. I've been wanting to do this for quite a while but it has taken some time cause I've been gathering some material that I didn't have to create this project. But after hard work and patience I got some cool things, not the best though but art material that will help me create my art. I want to thank all the people that have help me and donate money to keep me going with my Art projects they know who they are. Mixed media has been one of those things that I've always liked, when I was at Art school people was more concentrated on doing perfection while I was going wild and there is when I've realized that I love to worked with Mixed Media Art.
