Father's Day Card Gent | Tim Holtz Distress Markers

I've made this card following my Father's Day series, I've picked an old rubber stamp that I love using from time to time and took out my Tim Holtz Distress Markers.

Tim's Distress Markers are something that I like to use, but because I've not use them in a while they are starting to dry out. The good news is that I've still got some markers that are working fine, the bad news is that these markers have been retired.

The card came out beautiful just as I was expecting, using the markers is fun. I've stamp in Tim's Specialty Stamping Paper and use the markers with a watercolor brush to obtain that watercolor look that I love. the gold metal background gives it a nice touch.

If you would like to get this card for a special dad, you can click here to go to my Etsy Shop TatteredRoses41.

Now I would love to hear from you:

Mixed Media Art Journal

Well, I finally started a Mixed Media Art Journal recently. I've been wanting to do this for quite a while but it has taken some time cause I've been gathering some material that I didn't have to create this project. But after hard work and patience I got some cool things, not the best though but art material that will help me create my art. I want to thank all the people that have help me and donate money to keep me going with my Art projects they know who they are. Mixed media has been one of those things that I've always liked, when I was at Art school people was more concentrated on doing perfection while I was going wild and there is when I've realized that I love to worked with Mixed Media Art. Someone I knew a while back always told me why I don't get back to my Art, but I was to busy in the b...
