Throwback Time Mailbox Makeover 📬

LOL #throwbacktime 2013. I've came across this video while I was checking my YouTube Channel for some information that I wanted to include in my Pinterest Site, it really put a smile on my face cause it doesn't matter where I am, what I do there is always that creative spark.

This little video that I've made way back in 2013 never had many views and I thought sharing it with you here in the blog would be a good idea. I think that if we can make our places and things better we will do everything to make us smile. In this particular case it was for my mailbox at that time and I'm pretty sure that the mailman/women had a smile on his/her face when he/she saw it by making his/her job easier on reading my information so he/she could place the mail in the right place.

This tells me that I should probably do this for the current mailbox that I have cause is all not pretty LOL. That also makes me think that I should make a new video for my current mailbox with a different view, design and perspective maybe that will interest people to watch now a days, who knows... 📬

If you have made something similar please share your thoughts with me in the comments section, would love to hear your creative spark.

Compendium of Curiosities 2 - Pockect Watch

So for this technique chosen for this week’s CC2C Challenge on the Studio L3 blog is the Pocket Watch .  The instructions for the technique can be found on page 35 of Tim Holtz’s book Compendium of Curiosities Volume 2. Love the pocket watch is such an amazing thing to do and then yet I feel is like a little treasure that has disappear in time. Now I've always find pocket watches very sexy and attractive in a man, once in my life I met a man that would use a pocket watch and I was so fascinated with his style, this is such and old tradition but men around the World don't consider this an attractive watch to wear or carry. I have to thank Tim for bringing this tradition back in a Vintage way like everything Tim does an I can keep one forever. So for this spectacular piece I've used as the background for my Pocket Watch Tim Holtz Paper, some metal embellishments metal clock plate, spinner and small key, the stamped number 63 comes from a Tim Holtz Clear Rubber Stam
